With a degree from Boston University, Phyllis Blotner is a former elementary school teacher in Randolph, Massachusetts.
She has been a Town Meeting member in Brookline for over two decades. Having served in a several volunteer posts over many years, Mrs. Blotner has held a number of chairmanships and presidencies and has received numerous community leadership awards.
Articulate and poised, Mrs. Blotner has been instrumental in planning a variety of functions, weddings, celebrations, theatrical events and fund-raisers. She is a member of the Massachusetts Justices of the Peace Association and has performed many dozen joyous weddings in the Boston area.
As a respected citizen of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Mrs. Blotner is licensed and entrusted by the community to take on the special responsibility of performing legal marriages.
